During this evening, we dive into these questions through a fully immersive dinner.
This multi-sensory journey of five vegetarian courses will reimagine what “seafood” truly means. You will discover the world of seaweed, of which over 280 species can be found in the Netherlands alone. We’ll explore its potential as both inspiration and ingredient.
